Shipping, returns and policies

Shipping

Shipping is free to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. Orders ship within 3 business days by USPS Media Mail, and you get a tracking number by email when yours ships. Media Mail usually arrives 2 to 8 business days after that in the contiguous US; Alaska and Hawaii can take 3 to 6 weeks. If we cannot ship within 3 business days, we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund. Outside the US? Email authorbrianwoods@gmail.com.

Returns and refunds

If your copy arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email authorbrianwoods@gmail.com within 30 days, with a photo if it is damaged, and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer. Changed your mind? Return the book unread within 30 days of delivery for a refund of what you paid; return postage is yours. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 7 business days.

Multi-copy discount

Order 3 to 10 copies in one order, shipped to one address, and each copy is $13.59 instead of $15.99. That is 15% off, applied automatically. No code is needed.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. If you pay from outside the US, Stripe may show the total in your own currency; you can choose to pay in US dollars.

Privacy

To fill your order we collect your name, email address and shipping address. Your card details go to Stripe, which runs the checkout page; this site never sees them. We share your details only with the services that get your book to you: Stripe for payment, Pirate Ship and the US Postal Service for the label and delivery, and Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We do not sell or rent your details and we do not send marketing email.

This site sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites, so it does not respond to Do Not Track signals. No third parties collect personal data through this site, other than Stripe on its own checkout page.

To ask a question or have your details deleted, email authorbrianwoods@gmail.com. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Effective October 2026.
